Hi peoples,

I'm not sure if this belongs in general discussion but I am new to phpCollab so I hope you don't hold it against me.

I am looking for a solution that will track meetings an office has by listing the participants discussions and perhaps outcomes with a deadline.

I want to be able to search a specific participant and track what other meetings they have been part of and topics discussed.

So I guess its a cross between a journal, calendar and to-do list.

Will phpCollab do this with very little hassle or does anyone know a product that could do this really easy?

Thank you.

Vito

Vito,

You might be able to use phpCollab as a tool like that but it might not be ideal.

I would think you could treat each meeting as a project with tasks/team member/notes. Then you could assign deadlines and delegate tasks accordingly.

Keep us posted if you decide to give it a try!
