Hi,
I have long been watching PHP collab because I was a user of the previous version and have tried many, many different open source PHP project management apps, and yet still none of them are quite right.
So.. I'm wondering, what the status of version 3? Is it still under development? Do you have a beta release date?
PS- for the love of god, please don't make start-dates or due-dates on tasks or milestones mandatory. Let them be blank or N/A. This is a big failing of many of the apps I've tried.

i need version 3 of PhpCollab... now i have version 2.5 and running ok...
just tryed get version 3 of PC and got error on make login.. the login page send me to another page and i dont have this... =/

Ahh... sorry, my bad 
I have no idea what is going on with v3. I don't think they have a version really ready to use yet.
You might check the Wiki for install instructions.
