There are some bugs/typos in the german version which I wan't to correct. Do the german umlauts (i.e. ü ö ä etc. - don't know the english word) need to be encoded? Encoding is causing troubles with E-Mail-Notifications.

If you open the ~/languages/lang_de.php file, you can see how the accented characters are entered.

Example: ö makes: ö

I tried it already, HTML-entities aren't necessary. Here ist a updateted german language file. Maybe someone will check it and post it to the CVS?
